Stage 2

1. Completion of the Mulitpurpose Facility inclusive of 6 squash courts and the indoor training facility.
2. Relocation of Cricket #1 and #2
3. Improvements to the grounds and playing surfaces:  scope of improvements tbc
3. Park Landscaping
4. Carparking
5. Demolition of existing facilities:  Avalon Rugby/Dodgers Softball, Fraser Park Squash, Taita Cricket/Naenae Hockey & Grandstand.
